Thursday, April 30, 7:00pm - 8:00pm (EDT)
In a number of elementary, middle, and high schools across the country, educators are empowering their students as SEL leaders, trainers, and advocates. In some cases, students are teaching and supporting their peers in SEL. In other cases, students are educating teachers, staff, and/or parents.
You're invited to join this community gathering to hear examples of what's working in student leadership and SEL. Several educators will answer the questions: What are we doing to train and equip students as SEL leaders? What is working well that others might try? What are our challenges and open questions? An opportunity for Q&A and open discussion will follow.
